Merrifield Consultants are delighted to be partnering with a Leading Nationwide Children's Charity to recruit a dedicated and detail-oriented Partnerships Support Officer. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's literacy and educational outcomes nationwide.
As a Partnerships Support Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting our charity's mission by working closely with local authority partners across UK. You will ensure the effective distribution resources, manage the flow of information between internal teams and external partners, and assist with strategic developments and key projects.
Jon Title: Partnerships Support Officer
Salary: £33,000 per annum
Contract: Fixed Term until September 2024
Location: Remote with occasional travel
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Partnerships Team and other colleagues to provide effective support to partners and internal projects.
Maintain and deliver key team and charity reporting processes.
Coordinate team meetings, actions, risk logs, and project workstreams.
Ensure accurate and timely distribution of resources to partners.
Manage large-scale data entry across multiple programmes to support the charity’s aims.
Provide general support, communication, and information management for the team.
Person Specifications:
Knowledge:
Understanding of local government structures.
Experience in a charity or social organisation.
Knowledge of policy and data related to children’s services.
Experience:
Project support.
Operational or logistical systems and processes.
Managing significant data across multiple workstreams.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Managing upwards and reconciling competing demands.
Creating positive working relationships.
Reporting to various stakeholders.
