Partnerships and Project Manager - MJB
MJB is seeking a passionate and organized individual to join our luxury Menswear brand as the Partnerships and Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Project management
Partnership acquisition
Fashion production oversight
Celebrity event PR
Consultancy
Business PA support
You will work closely with Creative Director and Founder, Marc Jacques Burton, as well as with the Designer. This position requires strong communication, negotiation, design skills, financial acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Brand Partnerships
Brand strategy consultancy
The goal is to establish MJB as a leading British fashion brand within Brand Partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Collaboration Project Management: Oversee collaborations and launch events, ensuring high standards and timely delivery.
Partnership Acquisition: Secure high-profile collaborations leveraging industry connections.
Fashion Production Oversight: Manage production process, quality control, and budgets.
Celebrity Event PR: Coordinate PR activities for celebrity events in line with brand objectives.
Consultancy: Provide strategic guidance to clients on brand strategy and creative consultancy.
Business PA Support: Assist Marc with administrative tasks and team coordination.
Financial Management / Budgets: Monitor cash flow, process invoices, and manage budgets efficiently.
Brand Licensing Expo (BLE): Network at BLE events for potential partnerships.
Design Skills for Presentations: Create visually compelling presentations aligned with brand aesthetics.
Logistics: Coordinate web orders and manage shipping logistics effectively.
Manage Orders on Shopify: Monitor and fulfill incoming orders promptly.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and QuickBooks
Ability to use Google slides, Canva, Adobe suite
Strong project management skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Creative flair and design skills for presentation development
Financial acumen and budgeting experience
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in fashion, branding, or PR is advantageous
Work Hours and Compensation:
Hours: 9 am – 6.30 pm, Monday to Friday. Flexibility required for events and photoshoots. Currently a work-from-home position with potential office work in London.
Notice Period: Two months' notice required from either party.
