OverviewResponsible for maintaining and growing our long term profitable partnership with a major affinity partner in the UK leisure sector.Working at a senior level across our business to optimise profitability.Managing and engaging with our partner on a day to day basis, seeking new business growth opportunities and contributing towards the development and strategic direction of our affinity partnership with them. How you'll make an impactBuild and monitor a joint strategic plans, regularly evaluating performance and ensuring that we meet our agreed SLAs.Work with relevant colleagues in the business to ensure that all arrangements are correctly resourced.Hold regular performance calls to a mutually agreed schedule.Negotiate with suppliers to ensure optimisation of our product offerings and income.Provide detailed sales and operational data, working closely with Devitt/Gallagher colleagues.Ensure maximisation of conversion and retention rates.Ensure that the relationship is maintained and deepened at every opportunity and in line with our agreed objectives and contractual arrangements.Monitor and report internally on account performance within agreed timescales.Work closely with Gallagher and Partner colleagues to support lead generation and sales growth.Deliver agreed sales plans and support with quarterly business reviews and biannual Steering Groups.Maintain a strong knowledge and awareness of the personal lines insurance market, especially as it applies to the products and services we fulfil for our Partner.Support at industry events.Maintain a good working knowledge of regulatory and compliance issues in relation to the insurance solutions we provide. About youCert CII, Dip CII and educated to degree standard or equivalent is desirable.Robust knowledge of general insurance with a focus on personal lines and with proven client relationship management experience.Able to demonstrate innovative ideas based on industry trends.Strong negotiation skills, proven ability to grow, nurture and develop effective relationships.Evidence of effectively prioritising risks to manage concurrent workflow and competing priorities.Thrive on working towards and exceeding deadlines, able to quickly grasp and interpret salient information to maximise growth opportunities.Excellent interpersonal skills, forward planning attitude with a result driven mind-set.Ability to engage and motivate others, confident in presenting to audiences at all levels.Manage transition and ambiguity with a high level of insight.Maintain the highest degree of ethics and integrity with a clear client focus.Proficient in MS Office.Eligible to work in the UK.Compensation and benefits On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
