Visit us at www.monotype.com . We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Partnership Manager, Reseller & Foundry EMEA. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining existing, building new, and ensuring the success of our relationships with top industry Channel Partners including Major IT Resellers, Compliance and Enforcement Partners, Foundry Partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, relationship and account management, critical analytical skills, comprehension of P&L management (e.g. KPI’s, reporting, goal-setting and strategic development) and a keen interest in working at the intersection of design and
technology.
What you’ll be doing:Develop and nurture relationships with existing channel partners (major IT-resellers, compliance partners and foundry partners). Act as the primary point of contact for key partners addressing their needs and concerns. Train, onboard and facilitate partners activation to ensure operations are aligned with Monotype policies and internal sales needs Maintain Salesforce partner management system up to date, including adding new partner leads, maintaining a qualified partner pipeline, and recording interactions and contacts relevant to a partner
organization.
Identify and cultivate strategic partner alliances that align and support Monotype growth and market expansion. Lead all aspect of new partnerships acquisition from discovery to complex negotiations to deal executions and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring they are mutually beneficial. Develop strategies to deepen relationships with key partners and grow revenue through joint strategic planning that encompasses product, marketing, and sales initiatives. Actively follow industry trends and competitive marketplace to support continuous learning; apply insights and experience, conducting market analysis to identify new opportunities for growth Provide input on product features and improvements based on partner feedback. Build and facilitate strong cross-functional relationships with Monotype stakeholders to engage target partners, strategize on holistic solutions, and ensure optimization of cross-business opportunities. Track, analyze and communicate key metrics to monitor partnership performance. This includes the creation of detailed account plans to track partner progress and achievement to revenue and milestone goals. Provide regular reports on partnership activities and their impact on business goals. What we’re looking for: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or related role. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel internationally and work daily with a global, distributed team.
