As it is for maternity cover, the position will be offered as a fixed term contract.As a Partners' Secretary, you will manage business-related tasks such as; arranging meetings; organising events, travel and accommodation; assisting with reports and presentations; and other organisational tasks.We are seeking an individual who is organised, personable, proactive, fast at solving problems and can manage multiple different tasks at one time. The individual should be able to work under time pressure and have experience as an executive or personal assistant. A strong work ethic is important, together with a willingness to work collaboratively in a team.As a Partners Secretary, some of your responsibilities will include to:Provide full administrative support in any capacity to the Partners/Directors. This includes (list is not exhaustive): diary management, arranging events and meetings, travel bookings, monitoring email, conference registration, and other support as requiredManage arrangements for the Partner in relation to confidential matters, such as appraisals and management meetingsProviding clients with polite, friendly, and professional contact through all forms of communicationAnswering calls quickly and politelyAd hoc secretarial and administrative duties;Arranging client and internal meetingsPurchase order processing and managementAct as line manager to the Team AdministratorTo be successful in this role, you should demonstrate:Educated to GCSE level or equivalentExperience of working at a senior levelDetailed knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointFast and Accurate typingWork well in a fast paced, pressurised environment with the ability to prioritise workProactive approach to solving problems efficiently, with excellent communication skillsAbility to organise yourself and othersAs a colleague here at Evelyn Partners, you will have access to benefits that include:Private medical insuranceLife assurancePension contributionGenerous holiday packageOption to purchase additional holidayWe are proud to value the differences that a diverse workforce brings, representative of society and our clients.
