As Partner Success Manager at Fnatic, you'll build deep relationships with key stakeholders across Fnatic’s B2B activity, as we partner with them to connect with highly engaged youth audiences. You’ll optimise Fnatic’s Partner Success function to consistently deliver best-in-class servicing and account management for brand partners and licensees, through high touch day-to-day support and the meaningful demonstration of value. You’ll be an internal advocate for Fnatic’s partners, and lead a team working closely with Fnatic’s Partner Marketing team in delivering game-changing activations. Through consistent delivery of results, you’ll drive brand relationships that renew and scale, and continually level up the calibre of brands Fnatic partners with.
Your mission is to:Service the needs of Fnatic partners by providing best-in-class account management and innovative solutions that facilitate the development of long-term relationships and additional revenue opportunitiesHelp level up our partnership success function through your knowledge of best practices for client managementAlign Fnatic’s value proposition and positioning with the motivations of brands, and expectations of the market, to develop partnerships that have the ability to scaleCollaborate with the Commercial Operations team to generate partner insights and provide accurate reporting of ROI and rights delivery, identifying potential gaps and ways of improving reporting of dataCoordinate distribution of partner products across Fnatic, and ensure their use aligns with the partner’s and Fnatic's commercial objectivesLead on planning and execution of quarterly business reviews with partners, coordinating internal teams to showcase outcomes and Fnatic’s capabilitiesLead on new partner onboarding, and help educate Fnatic staff and Pro players about the scope and potential of the relationship throughout the partnershipWork closely with Marketing, Pro-Gaming and other relevant colleagues on planning and execution of activations for partners, ensuring processes are adhered toProvide feedback from a Partner Success perspective on internal processes/workflowsExplore opportunities with Marketing colleagues on a regular basis to identify opportunities for additional partner exposure and engagement across the business (i.e. brand content, Fnatic led events, product launches)Project manage the implementation of partner feedback on the delivery of their rights across the businessProvide weekly reports on key tasks, mission critical updates, as well as potential obstacles you might be encountering.Mentor and manage a Partner Success Executive, supporting their development and providing continuous feedbackSupport Business Development colleagues in both the renewal of existing partners but also in building case studies where we are looking to replace partners in an existing categoryLead on ad-hoc Partner Success projects as directed by your managerExtensive client service and account management experience, with a track record of working with major global partners and delivering renewalsAn engaging personality that naturally builds strong relationshipsDemonstrable success in scaling the value of brand partnerships over timeDeep understanding and knack for determining client drivers and communicating data that resonatesComfort working in a hands-on, fast-paced environmentWillingness to travel to provide high-touch partner care when requiredA savvy problem solver, always looking for ways to optimise and innovateExcellent written and verbal communication in English, other languages desirable
