Partner Relationship Manager – London (hybrid)nexfibre is a next generation fibre broadband company, formed in December 2022 as a jointventure between InfraVia Capital Partners, Liberty Global and Telefónica. We are on a missionto deliver high-speed broadband to 5 million homes across the UK over the next 3 years. Weare backed by a £4.5 billion investment by our investors and banks.Working closely with our commercial partner Virgin Media O2, we will create the only nationalscale fibre to the home network to compete with BT Openreach. We want a workforce that represents every part of our society and are eagerto hear from candidates of all backgrounds.We are:Job purposeThe Partner Relationship Manager will be responsible for a range of activities in the Commercial function including leading the commercial engagement with Virgin Media O2, as well as driving business with other direct and wholesale partners.Key accountabilitiesA revenue driver with a proven track record of successful commercial management in well-regarded high growth environments and a good understanding of Wholesale partnerships.Will bring a track-record of driving business growth and market share through marketing, sales and product development.Ability to align complex stakeholders to meet the strategic commercial business objectives.Possesses the ability to identify gaps in roadmaps and advocate for innovation.Create and manage successful partnerships and performance metrics internally and through partners including some of the UK’s largest service providersWork effectively with stakeholders across nexfibre and Virgin Media O2 to ensure effective support and optimise joined-up approach to converting new business opportunities.Deliver incremental revenue from new customers in line with budget.Monitor and report on partner performance, driving a regular review and planning process for key accounts and ensuring the SLT are kept abreast of major issues/opportunities.Continually update and develop understanding of the UK retail broadband market to enable nexfibre to deliver value insight to its customer baseUnderstanding the revenue and margin consequences of key decisions to increase value for nexfibre and our partners.Supporting the negotiation, extension and renewal of wholesale partnerships.Establishing excellent collaborative relationships with Virgin Media 02.Knowledge & experienceStrong commercial acumen ideally gained in a telco commercial functionExcellent communication skills together with the ability and credibility to form effective relationships across all levelsSolutions orientated and able to simplify complex mattersSelf-sufficient, comfortable with working autonomously as well as in cross-functional teamsAbility to multitask and to work calmly and quickly under pressure; high energy levels and work ethic
