We are looking for an ambitious Operations/Sales Manager to join one of the world's leading Gen-Z technology businesses. Our client platform hosts and represents the world's leading consumer brands, to the world's most valuable and growing audiences.
As a key member of our team, reporting directly to the Head of Partner Operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring billing readiness and safeguarding their revenue. This includes ensuring timely billing by finance teams and affiliate networks, managing partner code availability, and monitoring the competitiveness of their member offers in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership:
Lead a small team of Revenue Operations executives.
Provide guidance on priorities, support escalations, and audit the quality of their work.
Process Improvement:
Define and enhance processes related to all aspects of the clients billing readiness to ensure timely billing through direct billing or affiliate networks.
Billing and Credit Note Management:
Ensure your team receives correctly structured monthly data from partners.
Upload data to the Salesforce CRM system for the finance team to execute billing and revenue recognition processes.
Affiliate Network Billing Audit:
Confirm that all media due for billing via affiliate networks is added to the relevant network and linked to specific orders.
Perform CPA audits against contracts and Salesforce data.
Support the finance team in investigating queries related to revenue recognition.
Code Management:
Monitor the availability of codes across our live perks.
Proactively request additional codes from partners as needed to ensure a positive member experience.
Competitive Analysis:
Conduct weekly audits of competitors to provide insights into their competitive position.
Qualifications
Extensive experience as a Finance Operations Manager, Sales Operations Analyst, or similar role within a
B2B environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience in managing relationships with external partners and fostering positive internal stakeholder relationships.
Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel.
Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable but not essential.
