Contract: Permanent, Full time
Salary: £50,004 plus commission & company car

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-driven individual, with experience in a
sales & business development environment ,someone who is able to work towards targets, develop business networks, whilst also having knowledge of
Marine
products
and industry understanding.
This newly created role will require you to:
Maximise partner sales opportunities and relationships
Undertake visits and network expansion
Relationship management
Contribute towards strategy and campaign meetings
Attend and participate in sales meetings
Provide Testing & Technical support coordination
You will be working with two Area Sales Managers, a Product Manager, and a Sales Coordinator, where you will aid in the successful building of client relationships necessary for potential partners to become associated with our Clients brand. You will maintain existing relationships to a high standard, ensuring the best customer experience for our dealers as well as the end user.
This role will suit someone who has the energy and commitment to meet challenging targets, is able to seek out partner opportunities for our Clients, and has strong business development skills to aid in the development of our Clients own dealer networks. You will aid in maximising the sales of our Clients products, as well as raising their profile within this key area of the marine industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify where there are opportunities with new partner brands, designs and dealers in the UK marketplace
Grow your own sales brand and develop a strong sales network
Visit OEM partners to nurture our Clients relationship within this business area - ensuring sales are maximised and delivering the correct brand experience
Work with new OEM set-ups and advise on network expansion opportunities
Work closely with your colleagues to ensure open communication on customer requirements in the UK – supporting your team with product feedback for a better understanding of trends within the UK market
Support your line Manager through all product groups where required to meet sales targets and demands
Attend regular sales meetings at our Clients Head office to review Marine business strategies
Play an active role in developing campaigns and marketing implementation by working closely with the Marketing department to achieve effective strategies and visions
Maximise the performance of our Clients packages and minimise quality issues in the market by providing technical support and training to key accounts
