About the Role: The world of employee engagement is evolving, and WorkBuzz is at the forefront of this transformation. As we celebrate our five-year anniversary, we're excited to invite a Partnership Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of work. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue success through strategic engagements with HR consultancies and HRTech platforms, contributing to our growth in the UK and US markets. Responsibilities: - Onboarding new partners: ensuring partners are set up for success, training their teams and shaping better-together value propositions. - Activation: agreeing objectives with partners, developing migration tactics, conducting executive reviews and ultimately driving pipeline & subscription revenues. - Portfolio Management: you’ll be partners’ trusted point of contact and their main link to the wider WorkBuzz team. You’ll champion the partner channel across WorkBuzz, positioning yourself as a key advocate. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams across sales, marketing, and customer success, you’ll align strategies with the WorkBuzz partner strategy. You’ll shape and embed scalable partner processes and ways of working. - Reporting and Forecasting: Reporting into the VP Sales, you’ll deliver regular reports on engaged partners, activated partnerships, and future revenue forecasts across the partner portfolio. - Channel growth: Collaborate with the executive team to shape the long-term partner strategy and map the ecosystem. As the partner channel matures, you will identify, sign up and activate new partners. Requirements: We're seeking a candidate with the following qualities and skills:Experience: 3 years strong sales performance, delivering high-value SaaS solutions in large enterprises, preferably within the HRTech space.Sales Expertise: Proven track record in handling sophisticated sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust with technical and business decision-makers.Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hyper-growth startup environment.Industry Knowledge: Experience in HRTech and familiarity with selling into both private and public sectors to win deals.Methodologies: Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales.
