Partner Energy - up to £180k base + 20% bonus + MBO equity

Job Description
Our client is a €500m Revenue P/E backed global management consultancy which aims to continue its expansion in the UK with this new Partner role. The role is a standard 'sell, manage, deliver' role with business development being a primary consideration.
The role will support the delivery of the business plan and provision of Energy solutions around to clients, such as:
- M & A and post merger integration
- Organisational transformation
- Performance improvement
- Trading & risk management
- Data strategy & cloud/AI implementation
The candidate:-
- Experience in Business Development, Team Leadership and Delivery
- A graduate in a relevant discipline
- 10 years+ experience within a Consulting business
The salary for the role is up to £180,000 plus 20% bonus and MBO equity.
