Salary: �24,000 - 30,000 dependent on experience

I am delighted to be actively recruiting for a dynamic RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice who work across sectors such as retail, commercial, interior design and commercial with specialist expertise in the residential sector. This successful practice dedication over the last ten years has earnt them an excellent reputation for delivering innovative, bespoke and high quality designs. They have a number of upcoming projects so are keen for an ambitious Part Two Architectural assistant to become an integral member of their friendly practice in Croydon.

The Successful Part Two Architectural Assistant will have experience post Part Two Qualification, working on small to medium scale residential projects, be a confident user of Sketch Up and The Adobe Creative Suite as well as having a friendly driven and team player personality.

Skills, experience and responsibilities for the role of Part Two Architectural Assistant:

• Completed RIBA Part One and RIBA Part Two qualifications
• Sufficient post qualification experience is required
• Experience working on residential projects
• Ideally you will have experience on projects in the retail, hospitality, and commercial sectors
• Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
• Produce high quality architectural designs and drawings
• Varied experience across RIBA stages
• Keen eye for detail
• Proactive and positive approach to work and development
• Proven record of RIBA stage 4
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Work well within a team and independently
• Competent knowledge of current UK Building Regulations
• Strong portfolio
• Well versed in Sketch Up and the Adobe suite
• Ideally you will be a confident user of MicroStation
• Living locally to Croydon is essential
