Job Title: Part-Time USA Customer Service Advisor
Location: Farnborough, 100% office based
Salary: £24,960 Pro-Rata'd
Fixed Shifts: Sunday 2pm-10pm and Monday 5pm-10pm (12.5hrs)

About the Role: Our client, a leading fintech company, is on a mission to make financial education accessible and enjoyable. As a customer service advisor, you will ensure a smooth and simple process for all customer queries.
Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:
Use our client's systems to answer email, phone, and live chat queries
Promptly address queries and comments made via social media
Answer general technical queries about the website and mobile app
Handle queries regarding customer statements and financial activity
Provide friendly, helpful advice to all customers-
Perform administrative tasks (monitoring risk alerts, one-off tasks, etc.)
Support Member Services Management
Make customer call-backs
Respond to social media contacts on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram

Possess strong written and verbal skills
Can work independently
Have an excellent phone manner
Are flexible and adaptable in their role
Exhibit excellent organisational skills
Thrive in a busy, team environment
Are eager to learn new systems and possess good technical skills
Have working knowledge of Excel and Word
