Part-Time Team Assistant – One Year Contract
Part-Time Team Assistant required for a one year maternity contract based in the
West End.
Days – Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Location – Office based, West End
Start – July 2024
Boutique, successful and growing organisation are looking for a new Team Assistant to come on board and cover a one year maternity leave. You will be responsible for working in a small close knit team who are very supportive and deliver excellence. You will be able to take on additional duties and responsibilities.
Main Duties:
Providing admin support to a team of four, plus the wider team
Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
Preparing meeting rooms and set up – vc equipment, lunches, etc.
Sharing general admin tasks within the team
Booking travel and other arrangements
Preparing documents – proposals, pitches, letters, invoices
Updating database with relevant information
Answering telephone calls and transferring
Preparing monthly expenses for Partners
Helping organise events
Liaising with service providers and building management
The ideal Candidates:
Previous relevant experience within a corporate organisation
Excellent communication and presentation skills as you will be main first point of
contact
Able to pick up new systems and processes quickly
Able to deal with last minute changes confidently and think outside the box
Happy to work in a small team and contribute to their success
Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels
Able to work to deadlines, real problem solver
Able to handle highly confidential information
Excellent MS office skills
Experience of preparing documents
Professional with a good sense of humour
