An ideal role for a talented and enthusiastic writer.What We Offer12 hours per week across 3 daysHarrogate - office based£12 - £14 salary per hour based on experience and skill setContributory pension scheme22 days’ holiday per yearThe RoleThis is a key position helping to drive awareness and ultimately leads into the business and to ‘put our name out there,’ helping develop our new marketing strategies.The role involves writing blog posts, social posts and other copy and posting them to agreed social media. You’ll have strong written and verbal communications skills, an awareness of SEO and eye for a good story.You’ll use web analytics to track social media response and build project-based reports that summarise both qualitative and quantitative insights, data on a prospects online journey and analyse the performance of campaigns.The ideal candidate will have a creative eye for detail and the ability to create and design landing pages and campaigns using Adobe Photoshop & InDesign.Working within a medium sized growing business it is important to be a real team player, whether that be hands on activities or gaining more information helping other departments perform more effectively.Key Areas of ResponsibilityWriting, managing, monitoring, and enhancing paid and social media performanceWorking with our MD to develop and define marketing campaigns through creating campaign briefs and designing landing pagesDeveloping integrated media and social media content & publishingCreating content/copy for press releases, marketing materials, and case studiesDeveloping web content, e-shots, and sales collateralContent creation and curation for social media platformsActively promoting the business on social media (LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook) using our social media management platformOrganising and managing organic and paid search activityReporting management and analysis of weekly and monthly KPI reportsManaging the leads process using our CRM system (ZOHO)Maintain awareness of social trends, innovations, and developments and report on these in monthly meetings together with potential ideasRequired Experience, Education, and TrainingProficiency with computers, especially content management software, social media platforms, MS Office (word, PowerPoint and excel are essential), SEO keywords, and a basic understanding of HTMLUnderstanding of Google AnalyticsAt least 2 years’ experience within social media, digital and/or B2B marketingProven experience writing content and use of analytical skillsSoft Skills and Personality TraitsPassion for marketing100% digitally up to speed…Excellent writing skillsAdaptability and creative eye to detailAbility to adapt and work to tight deadlinesCreative approach when presented with dataGood communication skills and a great team playerGood telephone and personal manner with an ability to deal with people at all levelsDriven with good time management skillsAble to share insight with customers and colleaguesLocation and Travel RequirementsThe position is office based in HarrogateTo inquire more about the role or apply for the position, please contact us by emailing us at ##### .
