Job DescriptionSimoco Wireless Solutions are looking for a part time SHEQ Manager. This is a hybrid role with the requirement to work in the Derby office one day a week minimum and as work requires. Delivery of this role requires the setting and enforcement of Policies, Processes and Procedures ensuring that departments adhere to the rules and regulations that the company upholds. Reporting to the Simoco CEO the SHEQ Managers role is to ensure Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality standards are upheld to the required legal and commercial standards. Delivering a pivotal HSE role to the delivery of all business areas.Main Purpose of the Role;• To promote and support the positive shaping and maintaining of Simoco’s safety culture.• To ensure that company operations adhere to a set of legal and industry-compliant safety standards , that reduces accidents and resource wastage and improves efficiency and customer satisfaction.• To improve performance, compliance culture and overall safety through the implementation of health and safety & Environmental management systems, including ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and other current standards and legislation.Input in bids for clientsTaking the lead on our Health and safety audits and accreditations
