Part-Time Sales Assistant (0 Hours/Temporary Contract)

We are currently recruiting part-time sales assistants for our stores in London who will be glad to join our Company with a 0 hours contract.
According to your working experience and seniority, you will:
Provide an excellent service to our customers and grant them the best shopping experience
Activate all CRM strategies to build a loyal client base in order to enhance the concession economic results
Monitor stockroom standards and grant right product assortment on the floor
Attend to deliveries within day of arrival
Diplomatically handle complaints and critical situations with customers and colleagues
SKILLS AND COMPETENCES REQUIRED
Previous experience in retail environment, for fashion premium luxury brands
Ability to work autonomously and in a dynamic environment
Ability to conduct successful sales activities in store and using new digital devices (social media, digital platforms etc.)
Ability to prioritise work load, meet deadlines and specified standards
Excellent communication skills across all levels
Customer oriented, organised and with a positive/constructive attitude
