Part Time Receptionist - London

Portico are currently on the lookout for a Part Time Receptionist for a City based client in the financial services industry.

The friendly welcome from our reception team defines the first impressions guests and visitors have of the firm. They play and essential role in the front of house services at this site, with a focus on exceptional customer care at the core of everything they do! 

Along with the meet and greet, the reception team must also assist with ad hoc queries and the control of a busy switchboard.

Shifts: 16 Hours per week, with 8 hour shifts between 7am – 6pm on Mondays and Fridays.
Salary: £12,800

Personality is key within this role and the ability to quickly build strong working relationships and rapport is an absolute must.  We are looking for someone professional, yet bubbly, chatty, with a great sense of humour.

Experience of using Condeco is advantageous.

Previous experience working within a corporate or high end hotel environment is essential.
