Part-time Payroll Manager

A fashion brand is looking for a Payroll Officer/Manager to join their team on a part-time basis. They are looking for someone friendly and approachable to take on the payroll duties for the company. They are happy for someone to work 24-32 hours per week and split the hours depending on what works best for the individual.The ideal candidate would have worked in a payroll position in retail and also worked on commission based roles.They are based near Fulham, southwest London and paying up to £47,000 per annum, pro rata.Who you are:
Previous expeirence in a payroll position, ideally in retailStrong communicator - ability to answer payroll queries conciselyFriendly and approachableStrong Excel experienceExcellent attention to detailDriven and enthusiastic in supporting colleagues and the business with the payroll function
What you'll do:
Ensure the smooth running of the monthly payroll, accurately and to strict deadlinesTransparent with audit trailUploading data onto a third party supplierMaintain all aspects of payroll and benefits for payroll related audit checksFirst point of contact for all payroll queriesManage consolidation payments such as P11ds, P45s and P46sCompile statutory and regulatory reportingResponsbile for finalising the tax year endManage any statutory or internal reporting including gender pay gap and diversity and inclusion
