We are currently seeking a part time Payroll Assistant to join our client's dedicated team based in the City of Canterbury to provide a payroll service for all business sectors.This part time role would suit someone with a Payroll, Finance or Book Keeping qualification. Key skills required:Three years' experience in payroll, preferably proficient in Sage Payroll and/or Just Accounts.Gained a Payroll, Finance, Bookkeeping qualification. Experienced in Sales Ledger - raising invoices, posting payments, reconciliation of customers' accounts.Experienced in Purchase Ledger - posting invoices and payments on suppliers accounts and reconciliation of suppliers' accountsProficient in ExcelExperienced in Bank ReconciliationCompany Benefits:Salary: 25,000 to 30,000 Pro rata - Depending on experience.Working 22.5 hours per week: 9.00am to 5.30pm, with one hour for lunch on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.21 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (Pro rata).CVs in Word Format to Mandy Potton: (url removed)New Appointments Group, Expertly Matching Employers and Jobseekers since 1975.
