A 25 per hour working week, part time payroll position, to join a well established organisation. You will have full ownership of the payroll operation, working closely with HR and Finance.

Description

Part Time Payroll (25 hours per week)

  • Full ownership of payroll processing - end to end
  • Complete any variations: deductions, overtime, sickness, maternity, paternity and more
  • Work closely with HR to administer any benefit arrangement
  • Assist Finance with various pension schemes
  • Follow and adhere to all payroll procedures - in line with UK legislation
  • Handle all payroll queries from internal employees
  • Work closely with external auditors, generating reports (both internal and external)

Profile

What do you need to be successful? Part Time Payroll (25 hours per week)

  • Ability to adhere to 15 hours of work per week
  • Happy with office based working across a typical 5 day working week (or a condensed week with more hours worked on a lesser amount of days)
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation
  • Excellent communication - written and verbal
  • Happy with Excel usage and other MS Packages
  • Able to commute to Reading (most likely needing a driver, dependent on candidate location)
  • Can work to set deadlines and can work independently

Job Offer

Part Time Payroll (25 hours per week)

  • Full Time Equivalent salary of up to �30,0000 per annum (dependent on interview performance and previous exposure)
