Part time New Build Sales consultant

Are you an experienced�New Homes sales consultant looking for a new challenge?

Or are you an experienced sales negotiator currently working in an estate agency with �new build experience but�wanting to move across to the new homes industry?

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a privately owned developer as a Part Time new homes sales consultant in the Northamtonshire�area.

This is a fantastic chance to work on a brand new project, with more new developments launching in the Summer.

As a new homes sales consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing excellent customer service to potential buyers.

You will be working 3 days a week, and�1 weekend�a month.

The role offers a competitive salary of ��26k-�28k DOE, with the potential to earn up to �45k-�50k OTE. Pro rata.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in new homes sales and a proven track record of exceeding targets. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
