Job Title: Part-Time Level 3 Childcare Practitioner

Are you a dedicated and qualified Level 3 Childcare Practitioner seeking a rewarding part-time opportunity? We are currently looking for passionate individuals to join our team.

Position Overview: As a Part-Time Level 3 Childcare Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children in our care. You will work alongside our team to deliver exceptional early years education and care to support the development and well-being of each child.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
  • Ensure the safety and welfare of all children by adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Maintain appropriate ratios of children to staff members at all times.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Monitor and record children's progress, behaviors, and achievements, and communicate with parents/guardians as necessary.
  • Contribute to the cleanliness and organization of the childcare setting.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working as a Childcare Practitioner, with a strong understanding of safeguarding principles.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts between the hours of 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, based on the needs of the center.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
