Exciting, new, Part Time Learning Partner job, 3 days per week (24 hours per week) for a long term, temporary duration (1 year).

This ongoing, temporary, Part Time Learning Partner role is offering a very competitive pay rate, benefits and a very flexible working arrangement.
The successful Part Time Learning Partner will work with the wider, global team in order to build leadership and organisational capability.
From training needs analysis, training content review/creation/revision, to delivery of soft skills and leadership courses, the Part Time Learning professional will enjoy driving the full learning cycle.
Our global client is very flexible with regards work pattern and, with online learning, there is great flexibility with hybrid working.
The Role
Part time, 3 days per week (24 hours).
Long term temporary
Work with Senior Leaders on identifying capability gaps and opportunities to drive the business goals
Co-Design, procure (if required) and implement (delivery if required) best in class Leadership Training Programs reflecting current and future needs
Support building a learning organisation
by educating Managers on learning and capability building, boosting the online/digital learning usage and agree a central/group approach for capability building
Coordinate all Leadership Development solutions
Plan prioritise and monitor the learning budget
Use great coaching skills to facilitate team meetings, coaching sessions, focus groups, workshops etc..
The Person
Minimum of 3 years Learning/Training experience
Experience of identifying training needs, designing training plans and delivering training in the area of soft skills and leadership
Excellent stakeholder management
Experience in training content creation
Knowledge of training methods like workshops, coaching, mentoring, process improvement etc
Professional manner – articulate with excellent written and oral communication skills
