British Gymnastics has the following permanent full-time post:
Digital Learning Officer
39 days annual leave (including Bank Holiday and Company days) + 2 wellbeing days a year + weekly exercise and wellbeing hours
This is a home-based role with occasional travel to Lilleshall National Sports Centre, near Newport, Shropshire.
The primary purpose of this role is to be the main point-of-contact in regard to the maintenance, day-to-day workings and development of BG Academy; The secondary purpose of this role is to produce high-quality, innovative digital learning materials in support of the development of new courses, resources, tools and initiatives as part of the Design & Development team.
Maintain, develop and be accountable for the day-to-day running of the learning management system within British Gymnastics (BG Academy).
Knowledge and experience of instructional design software (Articulate 360, H5P, Adobe Captivate, Kaltura).
Creative flair and a genuine interest in current design trends, emerging technologies and contemporary learning processes.
Skills in Microsoft Office, namely Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
Desirable
Knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite).
Prior knowledge and experience of graphic design for all forms of multimedia (digital and print). Knowledge video editing & audio editing.
In addition, the role holder will need the ability to support their own administration (emails, setting up meetings where required based on the projects at hand). The role holder will manage their own workload, with the support of the Learning Experience Manager, based on the Design & Development teams priorities and projects set out by the Head of Learning Design & Research.
