We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Hotel Human Resources Manager for a 360 HR function within this stunning hotel. As the Human Resources Manager you will support the Hotel General Manager and department heads to deliver and manage the HR function within the property.

The Person
The ideal Human Resources Manager will have:
Experience in the Human Resources function, ideally in a stand alone role and within a hotel environment.
Generalist all round HR experience to include: Recruitment; GDPR and Employee relations
The confidence to act as an advisor to Senior Management and HOD's, providing guidance on legal issues and best practice.
A passion for the hospitality industry
A CIPD or equivalent qualification
Good interpersonal skills and self-confidence with the ability to establish rapport and deliver high standards of HR service with a genuine and approachable manner
A thorough and organised approach
A reliable means of transport to Windermere is essential.
