Ashley Kate are working with a well established business in Hinckley on a new Part time HR Administrator role. This is 20 -25 hours a week, but you will need to be on site daily to support the HR Advisor and the operational team.

Salary £23k (pro rated)

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join a wider HR team and really be involved in the full employee lifecycle. The business are just in the process of implementing a new HRIS (I-trent) and so this is a fantastic opportunity for you to be involved in this project.

HR Administrator - the role.

Coordinating on boarding, starters and leaver process
Maintain Employee data on the HR system
General HR & Training admin support to the HR team
Maintenance of databases/spreadsheets, and managing all HR correspondence
Be a competent data processor ensuring high levels of accuracy in reporting data
Note take in HR meetings
Manage first line enquiries

Part time HR Administrator - What is on offer:
Salary £23,000 FTE so will be pro rated for this position

25 days leave + bank holidays

Company contribution pension of up to 8%

The ideal candidate will have previous HR experience, and be comfortable with transactional HR.

You will be ambitious to grow, and be a strong relationship builder! You will be strong in Microsoft packages and pick up systems quickly. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious HR Administrator but you must be available to start ASAP.
