Part-Time Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities: Assume a leadership role in financial operations, encompassing strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Ensure adherence to charity account regulations and maintain robust financial controls.Provide valuable insights to senior management, guiding financial decision-making processes.Oversee day-to-day finance functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.Offer mentorship and performance management to the Finance Officer.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.Drive efficiency and foster continuous improvement within the finance team. Experience and Qualifications: Proven experience in financial management, preferably within a similar-sized organization.Familiarity with charity account regulations and compliance requirements.Strong proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Demonstrated leadership skills, including experience in team management and development.Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
