Job Title: Customer Service AdvisorLocation: Milton Keynes - Hybrid (3+2)Salary:Up to £24,000(FTE), £14,400 (pro rata) dependent on experienceContract Type: Part Time 22.5 hours per week- Covering Mon - Thurs 09.30 - 14.30 and Friday 12.00 - 14.30 (this can be flexible to suit the right candidate)Are you proactive and confident in delivering outstanding customer service via phone and email?If the answer is 'Yes', we want to hear from you!What’s great about the role?You will join and be part of an energetic and professional team of Customer Service Advisors, who build customer confidence in our service and products everyday. Experience of working within a customer service environment Experience of handling both inbound and outbound telephone calls in a customer service environment would be an advantage. Experience and confidence in handling and resolving customer queries at first point of contact Ability to establish and collate information from a variety of sources to provide individually tailored customer solutions. Have an intermediate level of numeracy in order to confidently deal with statistics, produce standardised management information and calculate customer’s premium or claim payments. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. No candidate will meet every single desired qualification.
