Part Time Administrator - Immediate Start.Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new opportunity?Do you enjoy working in an energetic, fast paced environment?If so, Osborne Appointments are currently working with a client based in Hertford that are seeking an Part Time Administrator to join a brand new role, supporting the Fleet Manager with the day to day administration duties.We are recruiting this position on a Temporary basis, with the potential opportunity to go permanent for the right individual.Working Hours - 21 hours a week (Flexible on the working hours / days)On-site parkingFull training provided£12.82 per hour, paid weeklyPart Time Administrator – Key ResponsibilitiesCo-ordinating driver induction and training records.Organising new vehicle set upOrdering of accessories for new vehicles.Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulatory requirements.Managing and organisation of drivers’ entitlement and fitness to drive, licence checks and medical assessment.Investigate, report, and follow up on maintenance deficiencies.Conduct fleet compliance audits and run reports as required.Ensure the fleets fuel and energy report is regularly uploaded into fleet management portal.Processing and management of Penalty Charge Notices .Coordinate and collate driver private mileage process and submit to Fleet Manager ready for monthly salary deductions submission.Monitoring and reporting on maintenance and damage costsPart Time Administrator - Key Skills Required:Previous experience within an Administration based roleStrong communication skills; written and verbalAbility to problem-solve and make evidence led decisionsGood PC skills and experience of using Microsoft OfficeIf you're interested please apply today with your CVEstablished in 1995, Osborne Appointments is an independently owned recruitment agency specialising in the supply of temporary, contract and permanent placements.
