Part Time Accountant

We are supporting a well established Research company with a well established client base in the Management Consulting space as they look to bring onboard a Part-time Accountant (2-4 days per week). You will support the FD by managing the sales and purchases ledgers including preparation and processing of invoices, credit control, MIS analysis and internal system and control improvements. Responsibilities
Book-keeping including data entry, cost and revenue analysisSupport identification and implementation of automation within the finance functionAnalysis of product profitabilityProduce and issue sales invoicesManage the debtor portfolio to minimise aged debtProcess supplier invoicesPrepare schedules for invoice paymentProcess expenses claims using AutoentrySupport identification and implementation of automation within the finance functionSupport development of product profitability analysis Requirements
Good technical accounting knowledge: Accountancy qualification - AAT4, qualified ACCA or CIMA or equivalent:Strong analytical skillsA high-level of presenting skills and interpretation of financial information.Competent in managing financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.The ability to produce accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.The ability to use main accounting and office software packages competently, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, Sage 50 Accounts, Autoentry Salary for this role is GBP55-60k pro rata
