Responsibilities include:
Communicate effectively in the appropriate medium with the customer base.
Professionally handle customer inquiries and take appropriate action, ensuring the customers requirements are satisfied wherever possible, including interpreting and identifying the correct parts, advising on deliveries, order progress updates, etc.
Use associated selling techniques to promote the sale of related components.
Persuade customers to order promoted parts.
Development of sound in-depth product knowledge by undertaking appropriate training and understanding of technical documentation.
Be on the lookout for potential markets or products, which would enhance the business and bring financial benefits to the organisation.
