Parking System Manager

PURPOSE:
Accountable for delivery of equipment implementation projects and programmes at NCP, with focus on the creation of new products and services for NCP customers and new functionality from internal systems, in collaboration with the Head of function in Technology.

As responsible for delivering the projects which contain parking equipment and ANPR camera installation and related to parking service operations, design, plan and deliver practical, cost-effective transformation programmes designed to achieve NCP's strategic objectives.
In promoting the project, the role will be responsible for the following areas:
Consideration of a new parking operational solutions utilising parking equipment and ANPR cameras to solve existing issues, and project management for planning and implementation of the realisation of these solutions.
Other roles include representing the Technology department in conjunction with NCP Commercial and Operations reps to
- Reviewing and improving the parking services offered to customers. Ensuring more consistent service delivery.
- Hearing and coordinating requirements from the Commercial and Operations department.
- Proposing solutions and implementing projects to improve revenue and operational efficiency.
