Job Title:Parking System Manager Location:Central LondonSalary:Competitive (DOE)Are you a candidate who is degree qualified within a technology related field? The Recruitment Co. are currently supporting one of our key clients and this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Job Responsibilities:With business stakeholders, sponsors, Project Managers, end users, and other business support functions.Accountable for project delivery and establish internal and external benchmarks and appropriate KPI's as the basis for demonstrating the quality and effectiveness of delivery.Accountable for managing risks, issues, changes, and escalations. Determine and implement solutions and mitigating actions where necessary.Financial responsibility for project expenditure, including establishing budgets, monitoring spends and re-forecasting on a regular basis to highlight any potential issues.Responsible for forming and managing effective relationships with business stakeholders.Promote a culture of pro-activity, innovation, transparency, collaboration and flexibility in all aspects of project delivery.Responsible for managing third party suppliers to achieve the desired project outcomes.The Person:Degree and professional qualification, or equivalent experience knowledgeTechnical awareness to manage projects with a high degree of technology contentHas sufficient credibility and gravitas, and ability to work with and relate to a highly demanding internal client base and complex external supplier baseAppreciation of how the architecture, policies and governance are applied to delivery of the project.Financial and cost management. Ranging from; low level detailed cost/spend analysis, benefits realisation, to high level project and programme level spendExcellent stakeholder management skills with experience of dealing with internal, external and third-party supplier senior level decision makersCommercial awareness and drive. Strong awareness is required to firmly ground all projects and ensure spend and benefits are constantly tracked and articulated clearlyPeople management and leadership.
