Parent and Family Worker

Rocasa Consulting is currently recruiting for an exciting new role as Family and Parent worker in Nottingham.

Our Client is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Family and Parent worker to join their team. The role will be to carry out specialist assessments and to deliver structured interventions to children, young people and families.

Pay rate �14.00ph inc hol pay PAYE

This is a temporary position for 3 months

The locations are Ollerton, Sutton in Ashfield and Arnold.

Key Responsibilities

• To complete specialist assessments of children, young people, parents, carers and families in line with service guidance


• To plan and deliver structured packages graduated parenting interventions to children, young people, parents, carers and families in line with service guidance


• To work with children, young people and families in settings including the family home, and to transport them when required with due regard to health and safety guidance

The Parent and Family Worker will help to deliver evidence-based parenting groups and programmes such as Solihull Parenting, Non-Violent Resistance or 123 Magic. Or a range of workshops focused on parenting children and young people.

A driving license and DBS is required for this position.

Contract length: 3 months

Salary: �14.00-�16.00 per hour
