If you have a passion for financial services administration and analysis and are looking for your next move, this could be the opportunity for you.
Based in the Oxfordshire countryside, our client is looking for a new Analyst to join their dynamic and hard-working team. With several business acquisitions completed and more in the pipeline, the company is going from strength to strength, so now is a great time to get on-board.
The primary function of this role is to provide full Analyst support to the IFA’s within the business, taking full ownership and responsibility of the tasks presented to you. Client relationships and outstanding service at the heart of the business and this will be reflected in all that you do.
In addition to the variety of tasks you will take responsibility for, there will also be a requirement for you to maintain a working knowledge outside of your role to ensure the client experience is seamless and company high standards are upheld. You will also be responsible for the ongoing training and development of your own Administrator and potentially others from across the company.
Ideally, you will be level 4 qualified or working towards this qualification, but qualification by experience is also a massive plus for my client. You will have worked in an IFA practice before and be well versed in the principle of TCF and GDPR, as well as having a solid grasp of your responsibilities under the FCA guidelines and codes of practice.
From a salary perspective, you’ll be looking at between £25 – 35,000 DOE, with a 5% company pension and 23 days holidays. During your probationary period, the role will be office based with flexibility to move to a hybrid setup once settled in. The office has an amazing chill-out area and offers a relaxing and rewarding working environment.
We appreciate this is only a snapshot of the role, so if you are interested and want to know more, call me, send me a message (Richard Lambert on LinkedIn), DM, or whatever is easiest. We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable, to apply, we love seeing diversity in our applicants. We use specialist technology to ensure there are no gender biases in our adverts.
