Salary - £23,000 - £30,000 + Bonus (Dependent upon experience)
Hours - Full time, In Office
We are an SJP Partner Practice in North Leeds looking to appoint a Paraplanner to join our growing team.
You may have recently started Paraplanning or be a graduate looking for the next step in your career.
Our Practice is highly successful and prides itself on offering a first-class service to all our clients, providing them with a range of investment and retirement products and solutions to meet their financial goals and objectives.
You will be providing technical expertise to support and assist in this process, through undertaking detailed research and analysis of a wide variety of financial planning solutions and producing compliant financial planning reports for our Financial Advisors to present to clients.
You will always strive to produce well thought out and meaningful Client reports that demonstrate your attention to detail and understanding of their needs.
The Role -
You will be transacting client investments and assisting with the preparation of presentations and documentation required for client meetings
Conduct research to source suitable solutions, completing detailed and informative reports
You will be inputting and maintaining detailed client information to support the Advisor team as well as ensuring supporting documentation and back-office systems are maintained and all client files remain compliant
You will provide an efficient, friendly, and professional point of contact for clients and enquiries by telephone, email and in person
You will be processing new business and liaising with SJP admin teams.
Paraplanner Requirements -
You will be working towards DipPFS qualification or are already qualified and looking to develop your knowledge further
Previous experience within a Wealth Management firm or IFA practice is desirable
You have an understanding of regulations and products, and their practical application
You are IT proficient and can use the full office suite of programmes
You have excellent English language and grammar skills and are able to communicate effectively.
