Our Fraudteam at DWF are currently hiring for a Lead Paralegal .
The role is located in the North of England, with a hybrid working pattern from either our Leeds, Liverpool or Manchester offices.

The team mainly act for Defendant insurance clients and handle a mixed case load of pre-litigated and litigated motor files including injury files.
We would expect the successful candidate to have experience of the reforms including the OIC and MOJ Portals, intermediate track, complexity banding and the new fixed recoverable costs.
About the role:
Running own case load of predominantly litigated files with some pre-litigated advice files.
Experience in giving indemnity advice, Article 75, RTA insurer, first party claims and dealing with the full range of motor fraud types.
Actioning all cases in line with department/client service standards and protocols
