This role will involve working closely with colleagues in the CDR Division to support debt recovery, repossession, telecoms and other civil litigation work for a range of clients as well as dealing with other paralegal work across the CDR division generally. This will include assisting with managing portfolios of Scottish and English debt recovery and repossession work, dealing with enforcement of judgments/decrees, recovery of sums due under leases, and preparing and lodging caveats.
