A very rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced paralegal with litigation and in-house corporate commercial experience to work in-house at a company with a global reach.
You can look forward to working on some high profile and high value litigation cases. To give you an idea of the nature of the case, the external counsel is a top tier US law firm.
You can look forward to working closely with the owner of the company and learning a lot about the commercial and strategic side of running a business alongside the legal work.
As the paralegal you will have a high level of autonomy and therefore experience as a litigation paralegal and in an in-house role is required. Ideally you will have experience in a US or top tier city firm in commercial cross border litigation, and any experience with class actions would be a bonus.
Alongside this you will assist on general corporate. commercial and governance work and as the principle is looking at setting up a property investment fund there will be some interesting work with that too.
Please note the role is to start asap so you must be available to start within 2 weeks.
There is a strong possibility this role could lead to a training contract.
