My client a professional Law Firm is looking to recruit a Paralegal to join their busy, successful, and expanding Wills & Probate team.
Duties:
- To assist clients with a wide range of work including the preparation and execution of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Administration of Estates, Probates and Trusts.
- Maintain excellent relationships with new and existing clients
- Draft statements and other legal documentation
- Daily use of the companies case management system
- Assist with all administrative duties
Skills Required:
- Experience within wills & probate, ideally in a fee earning role
- Client-focussed team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Initiative and evidence of working pro-actively
- An eye for detail
- The ability to organise and prioritise your workload effectively
- A commercial understanding and outlook
- Client relationships are key, and so the ability to service the work, form trusted advisor relationships with clients, and deliver to strict deadlines are all essential.
- Collaboration and teamwork, keeping calm under pressure and having an eye for detail are also highly valued.
