Job DescriptionOur client, a leading proprietary trading firm are looking for a Paralegal to join the team to support on a wide variety of legal matters. This is an excellent role for an ambitious paralegal who wants to join the firm at a time of growth. Key responsibilitiesAssisting the London Legal team with day-to-day legal queries such as reviewing commercial contracts, responding to employment queries and assisting with general corporate matters, as required.Taking initiatives in developing new processes and improving current processes to streamline the Legal team's response, increase efficiency, and support collaboration within the teamObtaining and maintaining an excellent understanding of the organisation and the products with a focus on regulations and laws in various jurisdictions.Experience requirements:Minimum of 3 years experience in the legal sector with a focus on financial servicesStrong attention to detail, analytical and drafting skillsExcellent organisational and administrative skills Due to the high volume of applications, if you haven’t heard back from the team on this role, unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful.
