Paralegal - Trading Firm

Job Description
Our client, a leading proprietary trading firm are looking for a Paralegal to join the team to support on a wide variety of legal matters. This is an excellent role for an ambitious paralegal who wants to join the firm at a time of growth.
Key responsibilities
Assisting the London Legal team with day-to-day legal queries such as reviewing commercial contracts, responding to employment queries and assisting with general corporate matters, as required.
Taking initiatives in developing new processes and improving current processes to streamline the Legal team's response, increase efficiency, and support collaboration within the team
Obtaining and maintaining an excellent understanding of the organisation and the products with a focus on regulations and laws in various jurisdictions.
Experience requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience in the legal sector with a focus on financial services
Strong attention to detail, analytical and drafting skills
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
