Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking an experienced planning and real estate paralegal to join their team. This role will involve working closely with a senior associate on various matters at different stages of the planning process.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiation and completion of statutory agreements;
Legal Research and reporting
due diligence and reporting;
liaising with local authorities
dealing with Land Registry requirements.
Key Requirements
Experience as a paralegal in a planning team at a law firm or at a local authority.
Strong academic qualifications.
