Paralegal – Property, Chester

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal to join our esteemed Property team. This full-time position is based in our Chester office, where you will assist with a busy caseload.About the Role: Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of property matters, including buying, selling, transfer of equity, first registrations etc. Working within a busy and lively team, you will develop an understanding of commercial and residential property legal matters, assist on property transactions from start to finish, deal with client requests and the demands of your team with sensitive or complex issues. You will also be involved in preparatory work, drafting legal documents and assisting with post completion SDLT/LTT and Land Registry filings.Experience would be welcomed however training will be given.What We’re Looking For: We are seeking an individual with superb attention to detail and accuracy.
