Body Shop Panel Repair Technician/ Panel Beater Required
Package/ Benefits:
Salary dependent on experience up to £42k.
A monthly profit share bonus is paid with efficiency being met.
OT available with rates at x1.5 for first 4hrs and x1.25 for hours after 4.
Flexi start time
24 days Holiday plus bank holidays, goes up with service, maxes at 28.
40 hour week.

Job Role : As a Panel Technician you will be responsible for body work repair or replacement, including trim. Repairing damage in line with manufacturer guidelines. Stripping & assembling following all correct techniques/ procedures to the highest manufacturer standard. Specializing in high end prestige motors as well as bespoke race cars.
Experience/ Qualifications :
Background of Panel Technician, Panel Beater or Automotive Body Repair role
Experience on Jig work
Fixtures and welding
ATA or equivalent qualifications desirable.
