About the Role:

Building Careers UK is seeking a qualified painter for sporadic, on-demand work assisting with care home refurbishments. This position involves completing finishing touches and snagging on various sites, often for single-day assignments. This is an excellent opportunity for a flexible painter seeking varied, short-term projects.

Key Requirements:

• Formal qualifications in painting and decorating
• Valid CSCS card
• Own tools and reliable transport
• Proven experience in care home environments is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Touching up paintwork after primary work is complete
• Addressing snagging items as identified by the client
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborating with other on-site professionals
