Are you a Paint Sprayer / Refinisher or similar looking for an autonomous off the tools role were you can utilise your industry knowledge in a consultancy environment, within a market leading company who produce specialist paints for the automotive and aviation industry, offering ongoing specialist training and the opportunity to increase your earnings through an annual bonus?
This company provide manufacturing and distribution solutions of high-quality coatings and wet paints, working with a range of blue-chip companies across the aviation & automotive sectors. Since their establishment over 125 years ago, they have grown exponentially becoming global market leaders within the paint industry and are now looking to expand their Team to keep up with increased demand.
In this dynamic role, you will receive a month of full specialist training in Germany and the UK working alongside senior technical managers after which you will be travelling to customer sites, performing quality checks on company paints to ensure they are working as expected, liaising with the client directly to resolve any issues they may have and streamlining their production systems to enable them to produce a minimum of 80 units per day. You will be working both autonomously and within a tight-knit team of 3 with the option to work remotely after your probation.
This role would suit a Paint Sprayer / Technical Refinisher or similar looking to come off the tools, working within a globally recognised paint company who offer product specific training, progression to senior roles and an annual bonus to increase your earnings.
The Role:

• Full product specific training provided - 2 weeks in Germany and 2 weeks in the UK
• Travelling to client sites performing quality checks on company products
• Liaising with the end user to streamline their production systems
• Working alongside Sales Manager and Senior leadership to ensure time frames are met
• Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5pm - flexible hours
