As a Paid Specialist, you will play a key role in driving always-on awareness and generating traffic and leads for our client's impressive portfolio of clients. You will work closely with their Digital team to ensure the success of multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Salary: �32,000 - �35,000 DOE

Location: Canterbury, Kent

Hours: 35 hours a week. The "core-hours" scheme asks employees to work 10am - 3pm Monday to Friday; it's your choice how and when to complete your remaining.

As a Paid Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth research to target the right B2B audience
• Developing strategies for executing and delivering paid media campaigns
• Managing and optimising budgets, performance, and alternative ad types
• Collaborating closely with the Digital team for campaign alignment and excellence
• Exploring new paid opportunities to boost traffic and performance
• Generating actionable insight reports for clients
• Upselling clients on larger projects and budgets

To succeed in this role, our client is looking for someone with:

• Experience in Paid Media and PPC
• Proficiency in bid management tools and programmatic advertising platforms
• Strong analytics skills, including familiarity with Google Analytics 4
• Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
• Understanding of how paid tactics fit into a multi-channel marketing strategy
• Confidence in presenting to stakeholders and obtaining buy-in on their needs
