THE OPPORTUNITYIntroducing an exciting opportunity within the Digital Marketing team as Paid Social Coordinator.As Paid Social Coordinator, you will make an impact by delivering channel activity across ourJoma Jewellery brand as well as our sparkling new US based brand, A Littles & Co. Working closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and Senior Coordinator, you will manage the day-to-day building and optimisation of paid social campaigns from beginning to end in house. You will work with team members across Marketing, Brand and Creative as well as our external agency to drive performance forward.You will be focusing on driving performance through paid Facebook ads and Rakuten’s affiliate platform. You support within a highly analytical team, taking responsibility for driving the return on ad spend across all Digital channels.If you have at least 12 months experience working within paid social media advertising and building out paid ad campaigns, a strong interest within the jewellery and gifting industry and enjoys diving into analysis of ROI then this may be the perfect opportunity for you!You can predominantly work from home in this position but will be required to work fromour Head Office in Banbury, 1-2 times a monthon average, but may flex up and down dependent on business needs.BEHIND THE BRANDSWe’re a family-run, entrepreneurial company with an exciting pace of life and a bright and friendly team. We value creativity, collaboration and integrity.HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE Briefing all Paid Social and Affiliate activity with our in-house design team Supporting and executing Paid Social strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and repeat purchase, supporting a more strategic approach to activity in these channels Supporting the success of achieving paid social & affiliate goals and revenue targets with the help of the Senior Digital Marketing Manager Helping gather data on your channels for the circulation of weekly channel reporting, providing analysis on KPIs, including CTR, conversion and revenue. Testing channel creative to see what works best, feeding back findings to support on the wider Digital Marketing Strategy. Supporting on affiliate platforms by completing weekly and monthly platform administration. Working closely with the wider marketing team to ensure traffic driving initiatives are being implemented to support database growth targets and integrate sign up initiatives Working closely with the email marketing team to ensure plans are in place to deliver data capture opportunities Supporting with other brand tasks and projects where required THE TALENT YOU'LL BRING Great team-player attitude with a desire to make an impact in the digital sphere for a growing Company At least 12 months experience in a similar role, preferably within a retail or agency environment Highly analytical, with a flair for using data to make recommendations and implement new initiatives across paid social Target/KPI driven Previous experience managing Facebook & Instagram paid social channels including the creation and optimisation of campaigns An understanding managing Affiliate networks Understanding of other paid social channels including Pinterest and TikTok Good understanding of acquisition marketing channels and awareness of other marketing channels Good understanding of Google Analytics / GA4 training PERFECTLY PACKAGED A salary of £25,000 - £28,000 DOE 25 days holiday rising to 27 with length of service, plus bank holiday A broad benefits package including our staff favourite – a very generous staff discount across both our brands.
